Winter holiday update from HSE

• We get many questions, understandably, about the crew food and subsequent nutrition report. We can only report that about 2 months ago the company should have published the report, but it still hasn’t shown up. We have asked for it but still no success.
  
  
• HSE are happy about all the phone calls we get from you about some cases and happenings you experience at work. Unfortunately, we experience that you most often address the problems but when it comes to write reports about it as we often ask you to do nothing happens and we are standing there with our pants at the ankles looking stupid when we are addressing the topics towards the company. So, for some time forward now we are going to ask you to write reports for anything you want us to highlight or look into regarding HSE, the working environment, i.e. hotels, food, fatigue, harassment, uniform, planning etc.
  
  
• We have for your info addressed our concern about the facts in the B7M8 video to the company.
  
  
• HSE are like most of the Norway based pilots waiting for specific info about Norway regarding the environmental working survey which was presented with an overall picture on workplace.
  
  
• We are within short time setting up a HSE Facebook group where we are going to publish most of the info and other relevant stuff for every employed pilot in Norwegian Norway.
  
  
• Attached you find a link for a short survey which takes 2-3 minutes to finish. It is a survey about back problems among pilots done by Robert Björkholm and Pierre Vestlin. Please take some time to finish it.
